You will also receive suggestions for home embodiment exercises, advice on how to follow your life’s mission, and suggestions for making positive changes in your life.

This is an invitation for you to consider a one-on-one, 90 min private coaching session with me and get support on your journey of feminine embodiment. I will provide you with guidance on topics such as connecting to your inner power and body, limited beliefs, boundaries, resistance patterns and releasing your true self and potential. We will connect to your inner knowing during this session.

This is a space to pause and be aware of what is happening in our bodies. It will allow to descend energy from your head to the body, al the energy that is concentrated in the head, which we could also label or describe as a hyper – masculine energy it’s a hyper go, a hyper doing energy, if you identify with having this hyper masculine, which in turns creates less space in the body, this space is perfect to connect with your body and becoming alive to the signal of our bodies, being with the full array of sensory and emotional perception. It is a monthly session of 60 minutes, totally free, to connect with your body through movement, breathing and awareness.

The first is initiation in the feminine alchemy path; this journey is oriented towards women who have curiosity and want to reclaim her feminine essences .

The initiation in the feminine alchemy path is a three months journey where I will support women through coaching and guide them out of their heads down to the body their inherent wisdom, and the core of who they truly are. Stepping in their feminine energy, reclaiming their feminine essence, fully expressing their power, healing the good girl, balancing their masculine and feminine energies, more ease, flow, and fulfilment through spirituality and a somatic practice, a nervous system-based approach, combined with neuroscience and holistic healing.
