Provisional Bookings
Provisional bookings must be confirmed in writing, via email or telephone within 7 days of initial contact. Failure to do so may result in your coaching dates being given to another client.
Confirmed Bookings
After your booking confirmation is received a legally binding contract is formed and these terms and conditions shall apply.
Coaching Fees
All coaching fees are payable when booking and an invoice will be sent to you.
Cancelling Bookings
For written cancellations received the following charges apply:
- Over 21 working days before the coaching commences, no charge will be made
- Between 20-11 working days prior to the start date, a charge of 50% of the coaching course fee will be payable
- No refunds will be given for written cancellations received 10 working days or fewer before the start of the coaching course
Cancellation/Amendment of Courses
Feminine Alchemy courses are constantly reviewed and improved and therefore we reserve the right to alter course content without prior notice.
Feminine Alchemy reserves the right to cancel a coaching course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Feminine Alchemy reserves the right to change the venue at any time and without prior notice from that agreed.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
